Pragmatism Over Perfection
Perfection is a stalling tactic dressed in good intentions. Pragmatism is what actually moves teams.
I've watched teams polish a backlog for weeks rather than ship something they could learn from in a day. The polishing feels like progress because it produces artifacts. It isn't, and they don't.
The pragmatic move is rarely the impressive one. It's the smallest honest next step. Repeated.
