• Coaching a Fortune 50 product org through their AI-Native Product Management rollout — moving from pilots to a default operating practice.
• Shaping a lightweight Product Operating Model that survives reorgs, written for daily use rather than slide decks.
• Writing field notes from the practice — turning what's working with real teams into shareable patterns.

Reading & sharpening

• The Lean Product Playbook — revisiting fundamentals as I refine the growth assessment.
• Anthropic & OpenAI evals research — understanding where AI-native PM rituals will need to bend next.
• Long-form pieces on agentic workflows and how they reshape PM's day-to-day.

Experimenting with

• Custom GPTs and Claude Projects scoped to PM rituals — discovery synthesis, narrative drafts, eval design.
• A repeatable "agility growth assessment" that teams can self-run between coaching engagements.

Not doing

• Big-bang transformation programs.
• Frameworks-as-religion. Method serves outcome, not the other way around.
