The opportunity

Product teams were experimenting with AI in scattered, individual ways — fast bursts of energy followed by uncertainty about what was actually safe, repeatable, or strategic. Leadership wanted a way to scale the practice of AI inside product, not just the tools.

What I built

  • A clear AI-Native PM offer describing what changes for the role, the workflow, and the team.
  • An operating system of rituals, decision points, and reference workflows that PMs use day-to-day.
  • A coaching arc that meets PMs where they are — from AI-curious to AI-fluent.
  • Guardrails and patterns that turn experimentation into compounding capability.

Outcome

PMs are moving from "AI as side experiment" to "AI as default mode." Teams have shared language, shared workflows, and a way to keep evolving as the tooling does.
